Descrizione del lavoro

Stiamo cercando un/a Manutentore Specializzato/a per il nostro team. In Radisson Hotel Group cerchiamo persone che vadano oltre il curriculum: persone con carattere, competenze, talento e passione per creare esperienze memorabili.

In qualità di Manutentore Specializzato/a, hai un ruolo fondamentale per garantire che le nostre strutture offrano un'esperienza oltre ogni aspettativa, creando Memorable Moments per i nostri ospiti.

Principali responsabilità

  • Allestimento e configurazione di sistemi audio, video e videoconferenza nelle sale meeting.
  • Verifica del corretto funzionamento delle apparecchiature e supporto tecnico durante gli eventi.
  • Gestione di microfoni, mixer audio, telecamere, display, proiettori, sistemi di controllo AV e piattaforme di videoconferenza (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, ecc.).
  • Diagnosi e risoluzione di problematiche tecniche hardware e software.
  • Esecuzione di attività di manutenzione ordinaria e aggiornamento delle apparecchiature.
  • Collaborazione con i team IT ed Eventi per garantire elevati standard di servizio.
  • Supportare l’attività giornaliera del reparto garantendo il rispetto delle norme di salute e sicurezza e il buon funzionamento degli impianti presenti in struttura.
  • Rispondere prontamente alle richieste e necessità degli Ospiti, garantendo loro un servizio ottimale e di rapido intervento.
  • Intervenire con efficacia e tempestività sui malfunzionamenti di piccola entità in accordo con l’operatività della struttura.
  • Effettuare riparazioni, interventi e seguire i processi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.
  • Collaborare, in assenza del Responsabile di Manutenzione, con ditte esterne, con fornitori a cui sono affidati interventi di natura straordinaria o ordinaria, seguendone i lavori, promuovendo efficacia e qualità del lavoro svolto.
