Description du poste

Dans le cadre de missions en extra sur la période estivale entre début juillet et fin Août 2026, l’Hôtel Radisson Blu de Nantes recherche un(e) Réceptionniste tournant(e).

Vous intervenez en renfort des équipes de jour sur des périodes de forte activité.

Vous contribuez au bon déroulement des séjours clients et assurez la réservation, l’accueil et le départ des clients.

Principales responsabilités du Night Auditor :

- Accueille le client (tant au téléphone qu’à l’hôtel) et effectue le check in et le check out

- Renseigne le client sur les conditions de séjour, les formalités et les services proposés par l’hôtel

- Garantit la qualité de la prestation proposée au client

- Encaisse les séjours des clients

- Sait prendre une réservation

- Connaît et respecte les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité

Qualifications

Profil requis :

- Sens de l’organisation et du contact,

- Excellente présentation,

- A l'aise en informatique,

- Anglais indispensable
