Suite à ses travaux d'envergure, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Réceptionniste en CDI pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. En tant que Réceptionniste, vous faites preuve d’un engagement exceptionnel, d’un sens du service irréprochable et d’une véritable passion pour offrir des expériences mémorables à nos clients, tout en collaborant au sein de notre équipe de réception

Nos Réceptionnistes s’épanouissent dans un environnement dynamique ! Leur rôle va bien au-delà de l’accueil et du départ de nos clients. À chaque interaction, ils et elles contribuent à créer des moments qui rendent l’expérience de nos clients mémorable.

  • Vous serez le héros ou l’héroïne de nos clients, transformant chaque moment de leur séjour en une expérience mémorable.
  • Vous ferez preuve de patience, d’empathie et aurez la personnalité idéale pour créer une atmosphère conviviale.
  • En tant que membre de l’équipe, vous travaillerez de manière proactive pour garantir la satisfaction des clients et le bon fonctionnement du service de la réception.

Qualifications

Exigences pour le poste de Réceptionniste de nuit / Night Auditor :

- Sens de l’organisation et du contact,

- Excellente présentation,

- A l'aise avec les outils informatiques

- Anglais indispensable
