Job Description

As Sales Manager, You Drive The REDvolution.

You don't wait for opportunities.

You spot them before anyone else does.

You know the excitement of securing a new client, turning a conversation into a partnership and seeing your efforts directly impact business results.

As Sales Manager, you'll be one of the faces of Radisson RED Kraków in the local market. You'll build meaningful relationships, grow our presence in the city and help position RED as the first choice for modern travellers, business partners and corporate clients.

You'll work closely with our teams across the hotel to ensure every promise becomes an experience worth talking about.

And sharing.

Because that's what RED is all about.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies and business partners.
  • Generate new revenue streams and grow market share.
  • Present, promote and sell the unique RED experience.
  • Create compelling commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Represent Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments Kraków at networking events, industry functions and sales activities.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the local market and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure clients receive an experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Support the overall commercial success of the hotel while bringing fresh ideas and energy to the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, networking and presentation skills.
  • Confidence negotiating and influencing decisions.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills.
  • The ability to spot opportunities where others see obstacles.
