Nous recherchons un.e serveur.euse polyvalent.e en CDI pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Notre hôtel **** de 189 chambres est idéalement situé sur le Vieux-Port de Marseille. Il abrite un restaurant bien connu " le Quai du 7ème" qui propose une cuisine de qualité type brasserie et un emplacement idéal sur la terrasse du Vieux-Port.

Job Description

Vos principales missions :

  • Accueillir le client
  • Gérer la mise en place et l’approvisionnement du restaurant avec le F&B Manager
  • Gérer la facturation
  • Veiller à la propreté de son lieu de travail
  • Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité
  • Veiller à offrir les meilleures prestations de service au client,
  • Entretenir une excellente relation avec les clients
  • Garantir la bonne diffusion des informations

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

  • Connaître les produits, la concurrence, les standards, les prestations de l'hôtel
  • Savoir s'organiser en gérant les priorités
  • Etre à l'écoute, disponible, rigoureux, polyvalent et avoir l'esprit d'équipe
  • Maîtriser l'environnement Windows et les nouvelles technologies
  • Maîtriser le français et avoir une bonne connaissance de l'anglais

  • Horaires de travail en continu (sans coupure)
  • 2 jours de repos consécutifs
  • Prise en charge employeur totale des transports RTM (abonnement mensuel ou annuel)
  • Mutuelle base isolée prise en charge par l'employeur à hauteur de 90%
  • Indemnité nourriture comprise dans le salaire (191,40€ à ajouter en sus du montant mentionné)
