Job Description

GALVENIE PIENĀKUMI

  • Nodrošināt augstu apkalpošanas kvalitāti un pozitīvu pieredzi bāra viesiem;
  • Vadīt un organizēt komandas ikdienas darbu, nodrošinot efektīvu un nepārtrauktu bāra darbību;
  • Pilnveidot un attīstīt bāra sniegtos pakalpojumus;
  • Plānot un kontrolēt bāra finanšu rādītājus, ieņēmumus un izmaksas;
  • Plānot un īstenot bāra pārdošanas un mārketinga aktivitātes;
  • Nodrošināt noteikto stratēģisko un finanšu mērķu sasniegšanu.

Qualifications

PRASĪBAS KANDIDĀTIEM

  • Vismaz 5 gadu pieredze restorānu vai bāru nozarē, tostarp vismaz 3 gadu pieredze līdzīgā vadošā amatā;
  • Pieredze komandas vadīšanā un darba organizēšanā;
  • Pieredze finanšu plānošanā, kā arī ieņēmumu un izmaksu kontrolē;
  • Ļoti labas latviešu un angļu valodas zināšanas;
  • Labas MS Office lietošanas prasmes;
  • Spēja efektīvi un operatīvi organizēt savu un komandas darbu;
  • Spēcīgas līderības un komunikācijas prasmes;
  • Radošums, pozitīva attieksme un vēlme profesionāli pilnveidoties un attīstīties;
  • Vēlama augstākā izglītība;
  • Gatavība strādāt vakara un nakts stundās.
