Vacatureomschrijving

Als HR Officer voor België, Nederland & Frankrijk zorg je dat onze HR-administratie soepel verloopt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor te Ronse (9600).

Je beheert de HR-inbox, ondersteunt de volledige werknemerslevenscyclus van onboarding tot offboarding & helpt ervoor te zorgen dat de loonadministratie nauwkeurig + tijdig verloopt.

Managers + medewerkers komen eerst bij jou met HR- & administratieve vragen. Onze medewerkers verwachten snelle + nauwkeurige antwoorden & verlopen onze HR-processen zonder vertragingen.

Jouw week omvat het monitoren van de HR-inbox voor alledrie landen, het afhandelen van documenten, contracten, certificaten/HR-systemen & het ondersteunen van de salarisadministratie.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen & ondersteunt de HR Business Partner bij dagelijkse activiteiten/projecten.

Jouw dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • HR-inbox: Beheer + monitor elke dag de HR-inbox voor België, Nederland & Frankrijk
  • Employee lifecycle: Ondersteun elke fase van de employee lifecycle, van onboarding tot offboarding
  • HR-administratie: Beheer de HR-administratie, inclusief documenten, contracten, certificaten & systemen
  • Loonadministratie: Steun de salarisadministratie zodat de loonadministratie nauwkeurig & tijdig wordt verwerkt
  • Eerste contactpersoon: Beantwoord HR- & administratieve vragen van managers/medewerkers
  • Projecten: Ondersteun de HR Business Partner bij dagelijkse HR-activiteiten & lopende projecten

Functie-eisen

  • Bachelordiploma (professioneel of academische bachelor) behaalde minimaal 12/20
  • Kennis van het Engels op minimaal B1-niveau
  • Spreekt & schrijft Frans/Nederlands op een uitstekend niveau
  • Heeft gewerkt in HR-ondersteuning & salarisadministratie
  • Kan de basis van de sociale zekerheidswetgeving uitleggen zoals die van toepassing is op werknemers
  • Heeft een CRM- of ERP-systeem gebruikt, zoals MS Dynamics of Salesforce
  • Je kan een drukke inbox prioriteren & de HR-administratie nauwkeurig houden onder druk
  • Heeft gewerkt met HR- of loonadministratiesystemen in België, Nederland of Frankrijk
  • Ervaring in HR in meer dan één land is een plus, geen must
