A Rainha Logística está em busca de um(a) profissional analítico(a), organizado(a) e proativo(a) para integrar nossa equipe, atuando no suporte às áreas Comercial e de Tecnologia da Informação (TI), com foco no acompanhamento de resultados, análise de indicadores e melhoria dos processos internos.

Principais responsabilidades Acompanhar e analisar os resultados de vendas diários, semanais e mensais; Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs); Realizar o levantamento e a análise de indicadores comerciais; Auxiliar na definição de metas e campanhas de incentivo para a equipe comercial; Monitorar políticas de preços e descontos; Prestar suporte administrativo ao gerente de vendas; Realizar o cadastro de novos clientes; Acompanhar processos de indenização de clientes e controlar verbas comerciais; Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de Vendas, TI, Logística e Financeiro, contribuindo para o alinhamento das informações e estratégias comerciais.

Ensino médio completo; Conhecimento avançado em Excel; Desejável graduação em Administração ou áreas correlatas; Experiência na área comercial ou com análise de vendas será considerada um diferencial; Conhecimento em SAP e ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI); Conhecimento em análise de dados e elaboração de relatórios. Competências desejadas Capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes; Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal; Proatividade e iniciativa; Organização e cumprimento de prazos; Capacidade de persuasão e liderança; Espírito de colaboração e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
