組織説明

コアネットワーク部は、楽天モバイルのデータおよび音声サービスの安定稼働、そして新サービスに向けた設計・構築を担う、楽天モバイルの心臓部です。 その中で「Core Cross Management（CCM）」は、部門の予算・購買・資産管理を統括する経営管理の要となる組織です。エンジニアリングとビジネスの橋渡し役として、適切なコスト管理や業務プロセスの最適化を推進し、組織全体の円滑な運営を支えています。

業務内容

コアネットワーク部門の運営を支える「事業管理（BizOps）」全般をお任せします。

  • 予算管理・最適化: 予算策定から予実管理、コスト分析を行い、部門のコスト最適化を支援
  • 購買・発注管理: 国内外のベンダーと連携した発注（PO）管理、検収、請求・支払の調整
  • 固定資産管理: 資産計上から減価償却まで、資産ライフサイクルの適正管理
  • ステークホルダー調整: エンジニアチーム、購買、財務、経理、ベンダーを巻き込み、複雑な課題の解決や合意形成を主導
  • 業務プロセス改善: 組織全体の業務効率化に向けたプロセスの標準化・自動化の推進
  • レポート作成: 経営層に向けたデータ集計・分析および改善提案資料の作成

必須要件

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力: 多国籍なメンバーや海外ベンダーとのメール・チャット、会議参加、契約文書の確認ができること
  • 経理・会計知識: 日本の会計・経理に関する基礎知識（日商簿記3級以上の知識を有する方）
  • 資料作成・プレゼン力: 複雑なデータを分かりやすく可視化し、関係者を説得できる資料作成能力
  • 主体性: 変化の激しい環境下で、自ら課題を発見し、柔軟かつ積極的にタスクを遂行できる方

歓迎要件

  • モバイル通信ネットワーク（特にコアネットワーク）に関する知見

働く環境

  • チーム構成: コアネットワーク部（100名規模）の中の「Core Cross Managementセクション」に配属。セクションは計5名程度（業務委託含む）で構成されています。
  • グローバルな環境: 海外ベンダーや多国籍なエンジニアと日常的に連携するため、英語でのコミュニケーションが必須です。
