  • Kiváló együttműködési készség, asszertív kommunikáció a társosztályokkal és a vezetőséggel.
  • Előnyt jelent: HR rendszer bevezetésében szerzett tapasztalat, ügyviteli rendszerek (Andoc, Max Soft) vagy ERP rendszerek ismerete.
  • Munkaidő, létszám és Személyi Jellegű Ráfordítások (SZJR) tervezése, valamint az ehhez kapcsolódó ténykövetés és előrejelzések (forecast) elkészítése.
  • SZJR és létszám riporting rendszerek folyamatos fejlesztése, működtetése és a manuális (Excel alapú) folyamatok automatizálása.
  • SZJR-rel összefüggő számviteli elhatárolások elkészítése, illetve a felsővezetői bérszámfejtés előkészítése.
  • Valós idejű, adat-alapú HR megteremtése: KPI-ok kialakítása, mérése és a HR adatok vizualizációja, dashboardok frissítése.
  • Humántőke elemzések (rendszeres és ad-hoc), statisztikák, valamint külső és belső adatszolgáltatások készítése.
  • Piaci HR benchmarkok begyűjtése és strukturált rendelkezésre bocsátása.
  • Aktív részvétel a HR digitalizációs folyamatokban, különös tekintettel az új HR rendszer (HRMaster) folyamatban lévő implementációjának támogatására.
