The posting

Are you a results-driven B2B sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and expanding market presence? We are looking for a Channel Lead to drive the strategic growth of our Professional Division in Romania, delivering top-tier cleaning, sanitation and hygiene solutions to B2B clients across various industries (HoReCa, Retail, Healthcare, Facility Management or Industrial sector).

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the channel growth strategy in Romania to consistently achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on identifying new business opportunities and converting prospects.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, driving continuous new customer acquisition and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Conduct customer site audits to understand operational needs, delivering customized, value-driven technical offers.
  • Facilitate training programs for distributors' sales teams, improve pricing strategies and implement programs to boost sell-out.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships at all decision-making levels within existing accounts to maintain our status as a preferred supplier.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Technical, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

  • 5 years of proven B2B sales experience (experience in Professional Hygiene, Cleaning Equipment/Chemicals or FMCG B2B distribution is a strong plus).
  • Strong drive for results, resilience and proven ability to coach and lead a sales team.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of customer management.
  • Ability to conduct site audits, understand technical applications, and train customer personnel on product usage and safety procedures.
  • Fluency in English.
  • University degree and driving license.
