Pentru a susține această performanță, se caută un profesionist dedicat, organizat și orientat către rezultate pentru a prelua rolul de Coordonator Intervenții în cadrul Departamentului Service Post-Vânzare, Divizia Energie. Dacă ai experiență în inginerie, o bună cunoaștere tehnică și abilități de coordonare, acest rol ar putea fi perfect pentru tine!

Responsabilități:

  • Organizarea, planificarea, optimizarea și coordonarea executării lucrărilor de service până la finalizarea acestora, asigurând calitatea, respectarea termenelor și satisfacția clienților.
  • Coordonarea echipei de tehnicieni și oferirea de suport tehnic de specialitate.
  • Gestionarea integrală a lucrărilor de service, începând de la solicitarea clientului, emiterea ofertei/devizului, până la verificarea fișelor de intervenție și facturare.
  • Asigurarea suportului tehnic pentru echipa comercială și clienți, oferind consultanță, explicații tehnice și participând la întâlnirile de lucru.
  • Optimizarea traseelor de deplasare ale tehnicienilor pentru a reduce costurile, timpul petrecut pe drum și oboseala acestora.
  • Efectuarea sau delegarea recepției tehnice a echipamentelor noi, second-hand sau de închiriat, precum și realizarea de teste și analize ale echipamentelor.
  • Evaluarea activității echipei, propunerea de previziuni anuale de dezvoltare și monitorizarea respectării normelor de protecție a muncii (SSM și PSI).

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare finalizate, specialitatea inginerie.
  • Experiență profesională de minimum 5 ani.
  • Abilități excelente de organizare, comunicare, discernământ și capacitate dovedită de a rezolva probleme.
  • Profil dinamic, adaptabil, integru, cu un bun spirit de echipă și orientare către rezultate.
  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu (cel puțin).
  • Permis de conducere categoria B, activitatea implicând acoperire națională și internațională (în țările alocate de producător).
