Descrierea Generală a Jobului

Șeful de Echipă (Team Leader) raportează Supervizorului de Schimb și este responsabil, pe parcursul turei de lucru, de asigurarea funcționării corecte a operațiunilor de producție și de coordonarea operatorilor de pe linia alocată. Rolul implică atingerea obiectivelor de siguranță, mediu, calitate, performanță și livrare, respectând procedurile companiei și sistemul VOS (Vertiv Operating System).

Responsabilități Principale

  • Coordonarea, pregătirea și organizarea liniei de asamblare pe durata schimbului, conform planului de producție.
  • Oferirea de suport tehnic și operațional colegilor de pe linie și colaborarea cu departamentele conexe (Cercetare-Dezvoltare, Calitate, Siguranță, Depozit, Mentenanță).
  • Gestionarea resurselor umane, materialelor și echipamentelor de pe linie, menținând ordinea și curățenia conform standardelor 5S.
  • Asigurarea securității la locul de muncă prin verificarea utilizării corecte a Echipamentului Individual de Protecție (EIP) și monitorizarea procedurilor de siguranță (inclusiv rolul desemnat de EHS Team Leader / Preposto).
  • Urmărirea pieselor/materialelor lipsă și emiterea rapoartelor de neconformitate prin sistemele informatice ale companiei.
  • Susținerea realizării KPI-urilor liniei (productivitate, termene de livrare, eficiență echipamente) prin metodologii VOS (Visual Boards, Problem Solving, PDCA).
  • Participarea și acordarea de suport în timpul auditurilor și inspecțiilor oficiale (calitate, mediu, siguranță).

Educație și Calificări

  • Diplomă de liceu tehnic sau școală profesională cu profil tehnic.
  • Limba Italiana pentru comunicare in raporturi profesionale cu echipa și managerii din companie
  • Experiență de minim 1-3 ani într-un rol similar, preferabil în industria HVAC sau frigotehnică.
  • Cunoștințe privind principiile de funcționare ale circuitelor frigorifice și sistemelor de climatizare.
  • Cunostințe de limba engleză (cel puțin nivel de bază / școlar).
  • Cunoștințe bune de operare PC (pachetul MS Office - Excel, Word; utilizarea/citirea desenelor CAD constituie un avantaj).
  • Abilități bune de organizare, rezolvare de probleme (problem-solving), gestionare a conflictelor și atenție la detalii.
