  • Studii & Calificări: Formare profesională absolvită ca producător de scule, tehnician în turnare prin injecție sau inginer proiectant OR diplomă de la o universitate / universitate de științe aplicate combinată cu 2-3 ani de experiență relevantă (sau o calificare echivalentă).
  • Experiență: Minim 5 ani de experiență în asamblarea sculelor de turnare prin injecție.
  • Competențe CAD/CAM: Experiență solidă și practică în CATIA V5.
  • Cunoștințe tehnice: Cunoștințe vaste despre sculele pentru matrițe de injecție și proiectarea acestora.
  • Mobilitate: Disponibilitate pentru participarea la sesiuni de training în Austria.
  • Limbi străine: Cunoștințe de limba engleză.
  • Abilități personale: Gândire orientată pe proces, disponibilitate pentru învățare continuă, abilități analitice, bune abilități de comunicare și lucru în echipă.

Căutăm un Proiectant Inginer Mecanic CAM entuziast și bine pregătit care să se alăture departamentului nostru Mechanical Manufacture din Hunedoara. Responsabilități principale:

  • Generare programe NC & Electrozi: Crearea de programe NC complexe și proiectarea electrozilor pentru scule de înaltă complexitate.
  • Programare frezare CNC: Crearea programelor complexe de frezare (ex. prelucrare pe 5 axe) pentru componentele 3D ale sculelor care definesc forma și electrozii, aplicând strategii de prelucrare optimizate.
  • Definire procese tehnologice: Participarea la discuțiile tehnice privind procesul de prelucrare și implicarea activă în definirea metodelor de prelucrare.
  • Dezvoltare soluții practice: Utilizarea expertizei complete în fabricarea sculelor, combinată cu cunoștințe solide despre turnarea prin injecție și procesele EDM cu percuție, pentru a dezvolta soluții de proiectare practice și ușor de fabricat.
  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) pentru electrozi: Asigurarea proiectării adaptate pentru fabricarea electrozilor, acoperind toate procesele relevante: Frezare: strategii de degroșare/finisare, materiale de așezare, selecția frezei și parametrii de așchiere; EDM: etape de degroșare/finisare, supra-ardere, uzură, supradimensionare electrozi și adaosuri de eroziune; Rectificare, tratamente termice și acoperiri de protecție.
