Vrei să muncești seara, să fii activ/ă fizic și să câștigi 14,99 € pe oră (fără sporuri)? Alătură-te echipei DPD în Veenendaal ca lucrător/lucrătoare în depozit de colete! E un job pentru cei care vor să fie în mișcare, să învețe repede și să crească profesional.

Responsibilități

  • Să încarci și să descarci manual containerele DPD, împreună cu echipa;
  • Să verifici și să pregătești coletele pentru expediere, asigurându-te că ajung la destinatarul corect;
  • Să înveți și să execuți diferite roluri din depozit, după necesitate;
  • Să respecți procedurile de siguranță și instrucțiunile operaționale;
  • Să colaborezi cu colegii pentru a menține fluxul de lucru eficient.

Cerinte

  • Capacitatea de a ridica până la 30 kg;
  • Disponibilitate pentru lucru 4–5 zile pe săptămână și flexibilitate pentru schimburi (după-amiază, intermediar, noapte);
  • Disponibilitate pe termen lung: cel puțin 6 luni, fără planuri mari de concediu în această perioadă;
  • Stare bună de sănătate fizică;
  • Engleză vorbită la un nivel de bază suficient pentru a înțelege și comunica în muncă — evaluarea va confirma nivelul;
  • Completarea și promovarea unui modul E-learning înainte de începere (obligatoriu).

Beneficii

  • Salariu de bază: 14,99 brut €/ ora;
  • Program între 34 și 45 de ore pe săptămână (minimum 136–150 ore la fiecare 4 săptămâni);
  • Sporuri: +30% între 20:00–00:00, +45% între 00:00–06:00; ore suplimentare plătite cu 115% + sporul de schimb aferent;
  • Spor de vacanță 8%;
  • Posibilitatea de a învăța mai multe roluri în depozit și oportunități de promovare (team leader, foreman, flexcoordinator);
  • Șansă de job pe termen lung sau contract nedeterminat la DPD;
  • Mașină pentru navetă disponibilă din prima zi, cu navetă împărțită cu alți colegi (maxim 4 persoane);
  • Cafea și ceai gratuite în cantină, fructe gratuite de două ori pe săptămână și răcoritoare ocazionale pe timp de vară;
  • Reduceri și oferte speciale pentru angajați, masă oferită gratuit de câteva ori pe an;
  • Posibilitatea de a urma un curs de olandeză după 8 săptămâni de lucru;

  • Schimb intermediar: 20:00 - 04:30
  • Schimb de noapte: 22:30 - 07:00
