Randstad România recrutează pentru un proiect de muncă în Rostock, Germania: Lucrător necalificat în construcţii / Lucrătoare necalificată în construcţii (toate genurile). Persoana în acest rol va presta activităţi atât în atelierele companiei, cât şi pe şantiere, contribuind la pregătirea, manipularea şi montajul elementelor metalice şi a parapetelor rutiere. Proiectul este destinat exclusiv cetăţenilor români.

Responsabilities

  • Descărcarea, încărcarea şi manipularea structurilor metalice şi a materialelor de construcţii în spaţiile companiei;
  • Pregătirea echipamentelor şi a elementelor de siguranţă rutieră pentru expediere;
  • Participarea la producţia de ciment şi beton, conform instrucţiunilor de lucru;
  • Asistenţă la asamblarea şi montarea parapetelor metalice de protecţie rutieră pe şantier;
  • Fixarea panourilor şi a structurilor anexe, utilizarea uneltelor manuale şi sprijinirea echipei tehnice;
  • Respectarea procedurilor de sănătate şi securitate în muncă şi a regulamentelor interne.

Qualifications

  • Cetăţenie română (proiect dedicat exclusiv cetăţenilor români);
  • Cazier judiciar disponibil la angajare;
  • Disponibilitate pentru muncă fizică în exterior şi flexibilitate pentru deplasări zilnice la şantier;
  • Nu este necesară cunoaşterea unei limbi străine;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B reprezintă un avantaj, util pentru cel puţin două persoane din grup.

Benefits

  • Salarizare iniţială: 1.650 – 2.000 EUR NET/lună în primele două luni (pe durata cazării asigurate gratuit de angajator);
  • Din luna a treia: 2.500 EUR NET/lună, aplicându-se o altă grilă de impozitare pentru angajaţii care plătesc chirie privată;
  • Plată lunară la dată fixă conform legislaţiei germane;
  • Cazare gratuită asigurată de angajator pentru primele două luni în apartamente confortabile, camere în regim de câte 2 persoane (minimum 4 persoane/locuinţă);
  • Suport din partea angajatorului pentru identificarea unei locuinţe începând cu luna a treia;
  • Transport local de la cazare la locul de muncă organizat şi achitat integral de angajator;
  • Drum din România către Germania organizat şi suportat de candidat; costul poate fi dedus de angajator din primul salariu până la 150 EUR pe bază de chitanţă/factură;
  • Program de lucru: luni–vineri, 07:00–17:00 (normă întreagă), pauză 45 minute; media de lucru 210–220 ore/lună; sâmbete lucrătoare ocazionale (aprox. 2/sat. lună);
  • Concediu plătit anual conform legislaţiei; perioadă liberă de sărbători: 20 decembrie – 10 ianuarie.

Suport şi facilităţi

  • Asistenţă în România: organizare şi redactare CV, pregătire pentru interviu, servicii de traducere/interpretariat şi suport administrativ în pregătirea dosarului de mediere;
  • Suport în Germania din partea angajatorului: echipă care vorbeşte limba română, asistenţă pentru formalităţile administrative şi sprijin în obţinerea documentelor necesare.
