Salarizare și Condiții Financiare

Salarizare inițială: 1.650 – 2.000 EUR NET / lună (în primele 2 luni, pe durata cazării asigurate gratuit.

Din luna a 3-a: La trecerea pe cazare privată (în chirie proprie), se trece pe o altă grilă de impozitare mai avantajoasă, iar salarizarea ajunge la 2.500 EUR NET / lună.

Plată lunară: Salariul este platit o dată pe lună, la dată fixă, conform legislației germane și fișei postului.

Cazare și Transport

Cazare gratuită primele 2 luni: Asigurată de angajator la sosire, în apartamente confortabile, camere de 2 persoane, cu minim 4 persoane în apartament. Se locuiește și se lucrează preponderent alături de colegi de nationalitati est-europene.

Cazare ulterior (din luna a 3-a): Angajatul devine responsabil pentru chiria proprie, beneficiind de suport complet din partea angajatorului pentru găsirea locuinței.

Transport zilnic: Transportul local de la cazare la locul de muncă din Germania este organizat și achitat integral de angajator.

Transport din România: Drumul din România către Germania este organizat și achitat de către candidat. Se deduce costul de către angajator, la primul salariu, in cuantum de pana 150 euro, in baza chitanta/ factura.

Program de Lucru și Concedii

Program de lucru: Conform legislației din Germania, de Luni până Vineri, orele 7.00 -17.00, 45 minute pauză (normă întreagă). Media de lucru este de 210-220 h/lună.

Sâmbete lucrătoare: Se lucrează ocazional sâmbăta (aproximativ de 2 ori pe lună).

Concediu plătit: Concediu de odihnă anual plătit conform legii.

Pauză de sărbători: Nu se lucrează în perioada Crăciunului și a Revelionului (liber zile de concediu 20.12 - 10.01)

Responsabilități și Activitate (atat On-site cat și în cadrul companiei)

Activitatea se desfășoară atât în spațiile companiei, cât și în exterior, pe șantierele de lucru:

Activitatea în companie: Descărcarea, încărcarea și manipularea structurilor metalice, pregătirea echipamentelor și a elementelor de siguranță rutieră pentru expediere. Productie ciment, beton.

Activitatea pe șantier (în exterior): Asistență la asamblarea și montarea parapetelor metalice de protecție rutieră, fixarea panourilor și a structurilor anexe, utilizarea uneltelor manuale și sprijinirea echipei tehnice.

Cerințe

Cetățenie română (proiect dedicat exclusiv cetățenilor români).

Cazier judiciar (este obligatoriu să fie disponibil la angajare).

Nu este necesară cunoașterea unei limbi străine.

Seriozitate, disponibilitate pentru muncă fizică în exterior.

Permis de conducere cat. B reprezintă un plus / avantaj (nice to have pentru cel puțin 2 persoane din grup).
