Recrutăm Manager Calitate pentru unul dintre clienții noștri, o companie din industria de procesare și distribuție a cărnii.

În calitate de Manager Calitate, vei avea un rol strategic și operațional, fiind responsabil/ă de proiectarea, implementarea și coordonarea sistemelor de calitate, asigurând conformitatea cu standardele internaționale și îmbunătățirea continuă a proceselor pentru a crește eficiența și satisfacția clienților.

Responsabilități:

  • Implementare și Menținere: Proiectarea și menținerea sistemelor de management al calității conform standardelor internaționale (IFS Food, FSSC 22000);
  • Audit și Control: Planificarea și conducerea auditurilor interne, analizarea neconformităților și urmărirea aplicării acțiunilor corective;
  • Analiza Datelor: Monitorizarea indicatorilor de proces, a numărului de rebuturi și a reclamațiilor clienților pentru identificarea tendințelor și a oportunităților de îmbunătățire;
  • Instruire și Cultură: Formarea și motivarea personalului în ceea ce privește standardele, igiena, siguranța alimentară și cultura calității în cadrul companiei;
  • Monitorizare și Performanță: Asigurarea conformității legale și operaționale pe toate fluxurile de recepție, procesare și distribuție.

Ce ne dorim de la tine:

  • Studii superioare în domeniul industriei alimentare (Inginerie Alimentară, Biotehnologii) sau domenii conexe (Chimie, Biologie, Medicină Veterinară, Agronomie);
  • Minimum 3 ani într-un post similar (Managementul Calității) în industria alimentară (preferabil procesare/distribuție carne);
  • Cunoștințe tehnice: Cunoașterea aprofundată a normelor IFS și FSSC;
  • Certificări specifice: Deținerea de certificări active de Auditor Intern sau Lead Auditor (ISO 22000 / IFS / FSSC 22000);
  • Orientare către detalii, abilități excelente de analiză, organizare și capacitate de comunicare/instruire a echipelor.
