Compania franceză angajează personal pentru instalarea tubulaturilor și rețelelor de ventilație, climatizare și încălzire pe șantiere de construcții din Franța.

Oferta Financiară și Beneficii Salariu de bază: 1.867,06 € brut/lună (aprox. 1.585 € net/lună). Indemnizație de hrană: 17 € net per zi lucrătoare, plătită separat în cont bancar. Cazare gratuită: Asigurată de companie (câte 2 persoane în cameră), utilitățile (apă, curent) și internetul fiind incluse integral (cost pentru lucrător: 0 €). Transport asigurat: Microbuze / utilitare ale companiei puse la dispoziție gratuit pentru naveta zilnică (cazare – șantier – cazare). Tip contract: Contract individual de muncă pe perioadă nedeterminată (CDI), conform legislației muncii din Franța. Perioadă de probă: 2 luni. Concediu de odihnă: Minim 5 săptămâni de concediu plătit pe an (plata efectuată prin Casa de Concedii CI BTP). Asigurări și servicii medicale: Asigurare de sănătate franceză (URSSAF), asigurare complementară de sănătate (mutuelle) și fond de previziune prin PRO BTP, asigurare completă pentru accidente de muncă și boli profesionale. Program de Lucru Normă întreagă: 40 ore/săptămână (program de zi, începând cu ora 08:00; fără ture de noapte). Ore suplimentare: Opțional, sâmbătă dimineața (se poate ajunge la max. 47 ore/săptămână, în limitele legale franceze). Timp de repaus: 11 ore consecutive zilnic și 24 ore consecutive săptămânal.

Responsabilități Montarea tubulaturilor și instalațiilor HVAC (climatizare, ventilație, încălzire) pe șantiere. Utilizarea sculelor și mașinilor-unelte cu respectarea normelor de protecție a muncii. Respectarea indicațiilor tehnice date de șeful de șantier.

Cerințe Pentru Montatori Calificați: Experiență obligatorie în montarea tubulaturii HVAC, capacitatea de a citi și înțelege planurile tehnice de execuție, îndemânare în utilizarea echipamentelor specifice.

Limba franceză: nu e obligatoriu. Permis de conducere categoria B: Reprezintă un avantaj (nu este strict obligatoriu).
