Descrierea Generală a Jobului

Operatorul de brazare / sudură este responsabil de îmbinarea prin brazare a componentelor metalice, asigurând calitatea lipiturilor, respectarea standardelor tehnice și conformitatea strictă cu procedurile de siguranță și producție ale fabricii.

Responsabilități Principale

  • Executarea operațiunilor de brazare cu flacără oxiacetilenică sau oximetanică pe componente din cupru, alamă, fier și oțel.
  • Realizarea brazării pe tubulaturi și țevi cu dimensiuni cuprinse între 12 mm și 133 mm diametru.
  • Brazarea componentelor pe linia de asamblare a chillerelor, conectând circuitele frigorifice și hidraulice.
  • Pregătirea componentelor specifice circuitelor hidraulice și de refrigerare.
  • Interpretarea tuturor informațiilor tehnice conținute în Planul de Producție și Control.
  • Asigurarea calității maxime a lucrărilor, cu scopul de a livra produse fără defecte.

Educație și Calificări

  • Diplomă de profil tehnic (specializare în Inginerie Termomecanică sau Mecanică).
  • Experiența anterioară în brazare/lipire în industria frigotehnică sau HVAC reprezintă un avantaj.
  • Autorizațiile sau certificatele de sudură/brazare constituie un plus.
  • Notă pentru candidați fără certificat: În lipsa unei certificări oficiale, vei susține un test practic direct pe linia de asamblare (evaluare de o zi).
  • Școlarizare la locul de muncă: Operatorii care nu stăpânesc încă brazarea pe diametre mari (până la 133 mm) vor beneficia de un training intensiv la locul de muncă de 3-5 zile înainte de certificarea finală.
