Locație: București Program: Luni – Vineri, 09:00–18:00 Mod de lucru: Hibrid

Responsabilități

În funcție de rolul ocupat, responsabilitățile tale vor include:

Gestionarea activităților administrative și actualizarea documentelor și informațiilor în sistemele interne. Procesarea solicitărilor și asigurarea acurateței datelor. Coordonarea activităților operaționale și susținerea desfășurării eficiente a proceselor. Comunicarea cu echipele interne și cu persoanele implicate pentru soluționarea solicitărilor în timp util. Monitorizarea activităților în desfășurare și respectarea procedurilor interne. Identificarea și gestionarea situațiilor care pot afecta fluxul de lucru.

Pentru rolul de TCS Admin:

Oferirea de suport administrativ și operațional pentru activitățile zilnice. Gestionarea documentelor și actualizarea informațiilor în sistemele interne. Preluarea și urmărirea solicitărilor administrative.

Pentru rolul de TCS Planner:

Sprijinirea activităților de planificare și coordonare. Monitorizarea programărilor, priorităților și sarcinilor în desfășurare. Colaborarea cu echipele implicate pentru gestionarea modificărilor și asigurarea continuității activităților.

Profilul candidatului

Cunoștințe avansate de limba olandeză. Cunoștințe bune de limba engleză. Abilități bune de organizare și comunicare. Atenție la detalii și o abordare structurată a activităților. Abilități de rezolvare a problemelor și gestionare a mai multor sarcini. Capacitatea de a lucra atât independent, cât și în echipă. Experiența anterioară în administrație, planificare, customer service sau suport operațional reprezintă un avantaj.

Ce oferim?

Oportunitatea de a lucra într-un mediu internațional. Mod de lucru hibrid. Program de lucru de luni până vineri, între orele 09:00 și 18:00. Posibilități de dezvoltare profesională și de aprofundare a competențelor.
