Cautam Suport tehnic/Coordonator proiecte pentru o companie de top pe piață, recunoscută pentru excelența în furnizarea de echipamente profesionale și soluții tehnice la cele mai înalte standarde de calitate.

Obiectivul postului este de a sustine proiectele companiei si a acorda suport tehnic echipelor comerciale oferind fiecarui client solutii complete si personalizate din gama de echipamente ale diviziei ENERGIE, astfel:

  • Participati la intalnirile de proiectare, propuneti si sustineti solutii si imbunatatiri, daca este necesar;
  • Evaluati riscurile si problemele potentiale precum si problemele tehnice si prezentati si dezvoltati solutii;
  • Planificati obiectivele si gestionati etapele proiectului;
  • Supravegheati proiectele in derulare si coordonati participantii (interni sau subcontractori) pentru atingerea obiectivelor;
  • Gestionati documentele si documentatia tehnica legate de proiect, asigurandu-va ca toate materialele necesare sunt actualizate;
  • Gestionati corespondenta cu clientii, furnizorii si autoritati, prin pregatirea si revizuirea propunerilor de proiecte, caiete de sarcini, intocmire memo, procese verbale de intalnire si e-mail-urilor;
  • Comunicati cu clientii si furnizorii pentru a identifica si defini cerintele, domeniul de aplicare si obiectivele proiectului;
  • Respectati bugetul prin monitorizarea cheltuielilor si implementarea masurilor de economisire a costurilor;
  • Analizati din punct de vedere tehnic solicitarile, cererile de oferta, caietele de sarcini;
  • Va deplasati in teren pentru evaluarea amplasarii si instalarii echipamentelor;
  • Intocmiti specificatia tehnica detaliata a produselor, parte a ofertei / proiectului / contractului de vanzare;
  • Solicitati cotatii si specificatii de la furnizori cat si de la subcontractanti si lansati comenzi catre acestia;
  • Intocmiti comenzile de echipamente si le transmiteti departamentului de logistica
