The posting

Pentru unul dintre clienții noștri, căutăm un Tehnician Service care să asigure instalarea, mentenanța și intervențiile tehnice pentru echipamente profesionale și sisteme robotizate utilizate de clienți din România.

Rolul presupune activitate de teren și deplasări frecvente la nivel național, fiind potrivit pentru o persoană cu experiență practică în mentenanță sau service și cunoștințe bune de electrică și electromecanică.

Responsabilități:

  • Instalarea, punerea în funcțiune și mentenanța echipamentelor și sistemelor robotizate;
  • Diagnosticarea și remedierea defecțiunilor electrice, electromecanice și mecanice;
  • Intervenții asupra componentelor electrice, inclusiv tablouri electrice și sisteme conexe;
  • Efectuarea mentenanței preventive și corective la sediile clienților;
  • Identificarea componentelor defecte și repararea sau înlocuirea acestora;
  • Oferirea de suport tehnic pentru echipa comercială și pentru clienți;
  • Participarea la instalări și coordonarea contractorilor externi implicați în proiecte;
  • Instruirea clienților privind utilizarea corectă și sigură a echipamentelor;
  • Întocmirea rapoartelor de service după fiecare intervenție;
  • Documentarea necesarului de reparații și a pieselor de schimb;
  • Monitorizarea stocului de piese și materiale necesare activității de service;
  • Respectarea procedurilor de sănătate și securitate în muncă;
  • Planificarea săptămânală a intervențiilor și gestionarea documentației aferente.

Se solicită:

  • Minimum 2 ani de experiență într-un rol de mentenanță, service tehnic sau poziție similară;
  • Cunoștințe bune de electrică și electromecanică, inclusiv experiență cu tablouri electrice;
  • Capacitatea de a citi și interpreta scheme electrice și documentație tehnică;
  • Experiența în diagnosticarea și remedierea defecțiunilor tehnice;
  • Certificarea sau calificarea în domeniul electric, în special tablouri electrice;
  • Disponibilitate pentru deplasări frecvente în țară;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B;
  • Limba engleză la minimum nivel B1, în special pentru citirea manualelor, schemelor și documentației tehnice;
  • Abilități bune de organizare, planificare și rezolvare a problemelor;
  • Capacitatea de a lucra independent și de a gestiona intervenții direct la client;
  • Atitudine orientată către client și bune abilități de comunicare.

Ne dorim o persoană practică, cu experiență hands-on în service sau mentenanță, care poate identifica și rezolva atât probleme electrice, cât și electromecanice.

Experiența anterioară cu echipamente industriale, utilaje, sisteme de dozare, pompe, echipamente profesionale, automatizări, HVAC sau alte echipamente electromecanice poate reprezenta un avantaj.
