Job Summary

You will provide reception and administrative support at the school, delivering excellent customer service, managing sickbay assistance, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist external and internal customers at the General Office counter to provide prompt and courteous service
  • Answer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries or direct calls appropriately
  • Manage walk-in visitors and coordinate deliveries efficiently to support school operations
  • Assist unwell students in the sickbay by providing care and monitoring their condition
  • Verify documents accurately and maintain updated data records for administrative use
  • Collate outgoing mails and deliveries to ensure timely dispatch
  • Maintain and update the loss and found logbook to track items effectively
  • Monitor and replenish office stationery stocks to support daily activities
  • Manage sickbay supplies and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the area
  • Perform filing, organizing, and archiving of files to maintain systematic records
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the school to support operational needs

Other Information

  • Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027

Working Hours: During School Term (Non-School Holidays):

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (9.0 hours/day, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Fridays: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (8.5 hours/day, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)

During School Holidays:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (9.0 hours/day, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Fridays: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8.5 hours/day, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Rest Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays (service not required)
  • Note: Work hours during the contract period are subject to adjustments by the school to meet operational requirements
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (42.0 total working hours per week, excluding lunch break)
