About the Role You bring the spark; together we shape the story. As our in-house creator, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh content ideas, trends, and formats that resonate with our audience. Think reels, hooks, storytelling, and experiments that make Rasayanam stand out.

Your role is to help turn brand insights into scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation Partner (Idea Co-Pilot) You bring the spark; together we shape the story. As our in-house creator, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh content ideas, trends, and formats that resonate with our audience. Think reels, hooks, storytelling, and experiments that make Rasayanam stand out.

Your role is to help turn brand insights into scroll-stopping content.

  • On-Camera Presence (Face of the Content) Your energy brings the brand to life. You’ll regularly appear in videos for Instagram, YouTube, ads, and website content — explaining products, sharing insights, and creating relatable moments for our audience. We’ll handle planning, setups, and production — you bring personality and authenticity.
  • Content Collaboration (Scripts & Hooks) Great content is a team sport. Our team will support you with scripts, hooks, talking points, and concepts, but your role is to shape them into something natural and engaging on camera.

If something feels more authentic your way — we want to hear it.

  • Production & Editing Support You won’t be alone in the process. Our creative team will handle editing, motion graphics, captions, and final production, but we expect you to collaborate during shoots and help ensure the content flows well from concept to camera.
  • Brand Alignment (Creative Direction) You are the face, but the story stays consistent. While we value your ideas and personality, all content will align with Rasayanam’s brand voice, messaging, and creative direction. Think of it like a creative studio: You bring the performance, and we ensure everything fits the bigger brand narrative.
