【岗位职责】 1、负责对接海外主流第三方支付平台，如PayPal、 adyen等，完成合作洽谈、接入与维护，保障支付渠道稳定。持续进行内部支付平台优化，筛选更优费率通道提高收入； 2、监控支付数据，分析交易流水，及时处理支付异常、退款与拒付等问题，确保交易安全； 3、研究海外支付市场动态与政策法规，为公司游戏海外业务提供支付策略建议，优化支付流程，提升用户支付体验； 4、与财务、法务等部门协同，完成支付对账、资金结算及合规审查，保障公司资金安全与业务合规。

【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，金融、国际贸易、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能与海外团队顺畅沟通，处理英文商务文件； 3、熟练使用数据分析工具，具备较强的数据敏感度与问题解决能力，工作严谨细致，具备良好的抗压能力与团队协作精神，能适应快速变化的业务环境； 4、有游戏行业经验，有相关实习经验者优先考虑。
