岗位职责： 1、负责游戏产品发行相关的广告图、宣传图、商店预览图、渠道banner、logo及icon等设计； 2、洞察目标用户核心需求，深入挖掘游戏卖点进行广告素材的创意制作，提升广告投放效果； 3、完成上级安排的其他美术设计工作。

1、本科及以上学历，视觉设计、动漫设计或平面设计等美术相关专业； 2、有较好的平面设计功底和良好手绘能力，较强的审美和创意能力，能够清晰表达设计理念； 3、精通使用行业相关软件等设计工具优先考虑； 4、较强的表达能力和沟通协调能力，勇于接受挑战，善于自我激励，具有强烈的学习热情和进取心； 5、熟悉网络游戏，对游戏行业充满热情。
