岗位职责： 1、根据游戏产品宣传需求，负责制作游戏广告视频、游戏PV宣传视频； 2、沟通视频创意方向，不断优化视频品质，提高视频投放效果； 3、定期研究分析市场趋势，准确把握游戏玩家心理，实现视频效果最大化，更好的吸引玩家的眼球； 4、根据产品需求进行剧本拍摄，有灵活的现场拍摄应变能力，必要时需要出演，并不畏惧镜头。

1、本科及以上学历，对游戏行业充满热情，有优秀的视频制作能力者优先； 2、精通相关设计软件，精通各种视频、音频文件转换，编码格式等，有特长（画画功底/UI设计/CG影视）者优先； 3、责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，具备良好的团队意识、职业道德和文化素养； 4、具备良好的美术基础，逻辑思维强，对视频的镜头、节奏、色彩、画面、创意等有较好的把握，先进的设计理念与市场意识； 5、有独立完成15-30秒广告视频经验者/独立完成过PV宣传片的优先（不局限于游戏PV）。
