岗位职责： 1、负责游戏产品数值、系统模块策划工作； 2、与团队合作，独立设计并实现游戏玩法及系统数值，从而使游戏富有乐趣及平衡性； 3、运用常用的数值设计方法与实现工具，进行有效的玩法数值模拟和验证； 4、负责数值相关表格的创建、配置、测试、调整等工作，以保证游戏数值体系的合理性、平衡性和持续可发展性； 5、根据游戏运营方面的需求及游戏数据分析，对游戏数值进行调整，提升玩家游戏体验。

1、2027届本科及以上学历，数学/人工智能/AI相关专业相关专业优先考虑； 2、热爱游戏，并具备丰富的游戏经验，可独立对当前一两款主流手游有深入的体验及拆解者优先考虑；有SLG游戏优先考虑 3、热爱游戏设计，对游戏策划岗位有了解，热爱数值设计，有一定相关游戏设计/数值设计经验者优先考虑； 4、具备出色的数据分析、总结归纳能力，对数据敏感度较高； 5、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，良好的沟通能力、执行能力和抗压能力，工作认真负责，积极主动。 6、有游戏策划实习经历、玩游戏的经历个人简历请写上！！！ （有游戏相关分析作品亦可上传）
