1、担任各类游戏的广告买量素材视频、游戏cg片的编剧和导演； 2、负责和内部业务对接，将业务的广告创意内容描述转换成可落地执行的视频脚本； 3、根据市场数据，分析素材风向。调研区域本地化文化、根据游戏内容创作买量广告素材； 4、根据各类的需求来撰写精彩的故事或视觉创意表达，并把它转化为文字分镜及视觉分镜； 5、和美术概念设计、二维美术及三维美术制作团队、剪辑、合成、音乐等多个岗位工作人员以及外包团队合作，指导并完成影片的全流程。

1、热爱游戏，影视动画，对游戏宣传视频、游戏买量广告、游戏类CG动画片的编导及设计制作工作感兴趣, 具备一定的游戏经验者； 2、有较强的剧本文案的策划设计能力，能独立完成影片的故事梗概大纲和较完整的影视剧本，也能在拿到专业文案策划的创意和剧本之后，快速有效地整合出可操作执行的拍摄台本； 3、以编导的身份独立或与团队合作设计制作完成过完整的宣传片、预告片、广告、剧情类视频或动画短片，对画面整体视觉及节奏效果的把握和控制有个人独特的想法和认识； 4、具备影视视听语言的基础，对于导演、摄影、美术、剪辑、表演等环节的知识和实操有相关经验或具备较专业理解。具备摄影或剪辑方面的专业特长者优先； 5、具有较强的主动学习能力，能吃苦，有较强的心理抗压能力，能够从容面对需求方的各种设计和修改要求，并能够通过有效沟通快速提供解决方案； 6、踏实，稳定，有团队合作精神，善于沟通，具备良好的表述沟通能力和协调组织能力； 7、大学本科学历以上，专业院校影视或动画编导专业毕业者，或是有影视从业经验者优先。
