Deine Aufgaben

  • Dein Verantwortungsschwerpunkt liegt in der Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit unseres Maschinenparks, der technischen Infrastruktur und des Betriebsgebäudes. Dabei führst du eigenverantwortlich Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten durch oder arbeitest eng mit externen Fachfirmen und Herstellern zusammen.
  • Du unterstützt die Instandhaltungselektrik und -mechanik bei Montage- und Installationsarbeiten, führst DGUV-V3-Prüfungen nach Vorgabe durch und unterstützt bei Bedarf die IT-Technik.
  • Durch die Identifizierung und Umsetzung vorbeugender Maßnahmen trägst du aktiv zur Reduzierung von Maschinenausfallzeiten bei. Darüber hinaus bist du mitverantwortlich für die Versorgung unserer Anlagen mit Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen sowie für die Erstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Wartungsplänen in unserer CAQ-Software.
  • Du koordinierst externe Servicepartner und betreust Servicemonteure vor Ort in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Abteilungsleitungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebselektrik, Industrietechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, KFZ-Mechatronik, Land- oder Baumaschinen-Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Idealerweise bringst du bereits relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Du bist offen für neue Technologien, besitzt idealerweise das „Bastler-Gen“ und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von DGUV-V3-Prüfungen gesammelt.
  • Eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie analytisches, kreatives und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln zeichnen dich ebenso wie deine Hands-On Mentalität aus.
  • Du fühlst dich in einem mittelständischen, familiengeführten Unternehmen mit flachen Hierarchien wohl und schätzt pragmatische Lösungen.
