The posting

Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world.

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories.

RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.

RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.

The Opportunity:

Firehouse Subs has grown digital sales from less than 5% to nearly 50% of system sales and continues to scale rapidly. We're seeking a Manager, Digital Commerce & Marketplace Strategy to lead one of the brand's most important growth engines: our third-party delivery business.

This role owns a $250M+ digital business spanning DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, optimizing the guest experience, and enhancing franchisee profitability. You will shape marketplace strategy, influence the digital commerce roadmap, and partner closely with franchisees, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams to unlock growth.

This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help define the future of Firehouse Subs' off-premise and digital commerce strategy.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to grow third-party delivery channels, balancing sales growth with margin optimization.
  • Marketplace Performance: Own performance across delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub), including promotions, ads, and merchandising.
  • Commercial Optimization: Build and optimize promotional calendars, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI across all marketplace investments.
  • Marketplace Experience & Governance: Manage the end-to-end user experience across third-party platforms, including menu architecture, pricing, availability, and channel guardrails to protect brand standards and profitability.
  • Testing & Innovation: Lead a test-and-learn roadmap (promotions, bundling, upsell strategies, group ordering) to improve conversion and order size.
  • Analytics & Insights: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (sales, fees, check size, profitability, conversion, ratings, cancellations, etc.) to inform decisions and strategy.
  • Vendor Management: Own relationships with third-party delivery partners and technology providers, including regular business reviews and performance tracking.
  • Platform Enhancements: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize enhancements across ordering platforms based on business goals and franchisee feedback.
  • Franchisee Engagement: Partner closely with franchisees and advisory groups to gather insights, drive adoption, and ensure successful execution.
  • Leadership Communication: Support senior leadership reviews and contribute recommendations for business performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, marketplace management, delivery, or off-premise strategy, ideally in QSR, restaurants, retail, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses.
  • Proven ability to drive growth through third-party delivery platforms with strong understanding of promotions, ads, and unit economics.
  • Experience working with digital ordering ecosystems (e.g., Olo, aggregators, POS integrations)
  • Strong analytical skills; experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. SQL experience is a plus.
  • Track record of owning cross-functional initiatives (product, marketing, operations, technology).
  • Experience managing external partners and vendors, including negotiations and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (technical or analytical field preferred).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
