The posting

Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes et de projets de transformation Data, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Data Analyst pour accompagner les équipes Transformation et Opérations.

Vous interviendrez au cœur des enjeux Data et Business Intelligence, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, les équipes Data et les différents départements métier.

Votre rôle sera de transformer des problématiques métier complexes en analyses pertinentes et en solutions Data concrètes, tout en contribuant à la modernisation de la plateforme Data et à l'optimisation des processus opérationnels.

Missions principales :

  • Répondre aux besoins Data et BI des équipes Opérations, notamment sur les activités liées à la gestion des sinistres, à la vie des contrats et à la gestion des primes.
  • Être en contact direct avec les gestionnaires et les équipes métier afin de comprendre leurs problématiques et identifier leurs besoins analytiques.
  • Piloter des investigations analytiques complexes et réaliser des réconciliations multi-systèmes à l'aide de SQL et des concepts de Data Warehouse.
  • Concevoir et développer des tableaux de bord avancés et des visualisations à l'aide d'outils tels que Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics ou Apache Superset.
  • Définir, structurer et fiabiliser les KPI afin de garantir leur cohérence et leur alignement entre les différents départements.
  • Gérer et améliorer les jeux de données au niveau des domaines, conformément aux principes du Data Mesh.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Data Science et IA afin d'industrialiser les cas d'usage prédictifs.
  • Optimiser les pipelines ETL à l'aide de SAS Enterprise Guide, dbt ou d'outils similaires.
  • Réaliser des analyses statistiques et quantitatives approfondies afin d'identifier les tendances, les anomalies et les opportunités de création de valeur.
  • Accompagner les analystes juniors et favoriser le partage de connaissances au sein des équipes.

Profil :

  • Entre 3 et 8 ans d'expérience en Data Analysis, Business Intelligence ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Excellente maîtrise de SQL et des concepts de Data Warehouse : Schéma en étoile. Modélisation dimensionnelle. Normalisation des données.
  • Expérience pratique des outils ETL tels que SAS Enterprise Guide (SAS EG), dbt ou équivalents.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de Business Intelligence et de visualisation : Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics, Apache Superset ou solutions similaires.
  • Familiarité avec les principes de gouvernance des données et les concepts de Data Mesh.
  • Expérience dans la définition de KPI, la production d'insights business et l'optimisation des processus opérationnels.
  • Maîtrise du français ; la connaissance de l'anglais constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance représente un avantage.
