The posting

Garant de la qualité des tests automatisés, vous intervenez dans un environnement agile pour concevoir, déployer et améliorer les stratégies de test. Ce rôle transverse allie expertise en automatisation, méthodologies QA et utilisation de l’IA au service de la qualité logicielle.

Missions principales :

  • Analyser les besoins métiers, fonctionnels et techniques afin d’identifier les scénarios à automatiser.
  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir les tests automatisés (fonctionnels, API, intégration, migration de données, performance).
  • Garantir la qualité, la robustesse et la maintenabilité des campagnes de tests.
  • Optimiser l’automatisation grâce aux outils d’IA : génération de cas de tests, jeux de données, assistance au développement et analyse des résultats.
  • Intégrer les tests dans les pipelines CI/CD et assurer le suivi des exécutions automatisées.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques QA, DevSecOps et AI-Augmented Testing.
  • Accompagner les équipes sur les bonnes pratiques de test et promouvoir une culture qualité.

Profil :

  • Bonne maîtrise des méthodologies de test (ISTQB, TMap…) et des environnements Agile / DevSecOps.
  • Expérience en automatisation avec plusieurs outils tels que : Playwright, Cucumber/Gherkin, Postman, Appium, Gatling, SonarQube.
  • Connaissance des outils d’IA générative (Copilot, GPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) et de leurs enjeux de sécurité et de conformité.
  • Capacité à vulgariser et accompagner les parties prenantes sur les sujets QA et automatisation.
  • Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent.
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum en automatisation de tests dans des environnements complexes.
  • Une expérience dans les secteurs de l’assurance, de la banque ou de la finance constitue un atout.
  • Français courant et anglais professionnel.
