Responsibilities • Conduct outbound sales calls to assigned and prospective customers to achieve sales and customer acquisition targets. • Identify and profile target accounts to develop new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and industry contacts. • Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales channels and internal teams. • Understand customer requirements, resolve issues and recommend suitable product solutions, including alternative brands for end-of-life (EOL) parts. • Negotiate contract terms with customers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. • Gather customer and competitor insights to support sales activities and account development. • Conduct customer visits locally and overseas when required.

Requirements • Minimum Diploma in any discipline. • Relevant sales or industry experience would be advantageous. • Willing to travel locally and overseas when required.
