Over de opdrachtgever: In Heverlee versterkt een gevestigd notariskantoor met een stevige lokale reputatie zijn team met een Notarieel Dossierbeheerder. Men begeleidt er een brede mix van particulieren, gezinnen en ondernemers en combineert juridische precisie met een warme, menselijke aanpak. Digitalisering en nieuwe technologie worden er actief omarmd, zonder het persoonlijke contact uit het oog te verliezen.

Jobomschrijving

De functie: Als Notarieel Dossierbeheerder beheer je zelfstandig een eigen pakket dossiers. Je bereidt ontwerpakten voor, verzamelt documenten en attesten en houdt cliënten op de hoogte. Voor juridische vragen kan je terugvallen op de juristen en de notaris.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Dossierbeheer: Je beheert je dossiers van de opstart tot na het verlijden van de akte en zorgt dat alle formaliteiten tijdig gebeuren.
  • Brede praktijk: Je behandelt dossiers in alle domeinen van het notariaat: verkopen en kredieten, schenkingen en nalatenschappen, huwelijkscontracten en vennootschapsakten.
  • Akten opstellen: Je stelt ontwerpakten zelfstandig op en zorgt dat alle formaliteiten voor en na het verlijden correct worden afgehandeld.
  • Afrekeningen: Je maakt de afrekeningen op en volgt de betaling van registratierechten, erelonen en kosten mee op.
  • Aktemodellen: Je werkt mee aan uniforme aktemodellen en helpt zo de dienstverlening van het kantoor te verbeteren.
  • Ondertekening: Je bereidt het verlijden van de akte voor, zodat alles klaarligt wanneer de cliënten bij de notaris aan tafel zitten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een juridische richting; ervaring in het notariaat kan een diploma compenseren.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring als dossierbeheerder in het notariaat of een andere juridische sector.
  • Je hebt een brede juridische basis en schakelt vlot tussen vastgoed, familierecht en vennootschapsrecht.
  • Je vertaalt complexe juridische taal naar begrijpelijke uitleg.
  • Je bent discreet en integer, en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die kennis graag deelt met collega's.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt overleg wanneer een dossier dat vraagt.
