Over het kantoor: Voor onze klant, een groeiend meerstandplaatsenkantoor met meerdere notarissen en gespecialiseerde teams in regio Kempen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Notarieel Dossierbeheerder Familiale Dossiers. Het kantoor bedient families bij huwelijk, schenking, scheiding en overlijden en heeft een stevige reputatie opgebouwd dankzij betrouwbaarheid en korte lijnen. Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerd team van ervaren collega's die je graag op weg helpen.

Jobomschrijving

De functie: Je volgt je dossiers nauwgezet op, van de eerste opzoekingen tot de afhandeling na de ondertekening. Eenmaal ingewerkt, krijg je de kans om ook complexere dossiers op te nemen.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Cliëntcontact: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor cliënten, begeleidt hen doorheen hun dossier en legt juridische begrippen uit in begrijpelijke taal.
  • Afrekeningen: Je maakt de afrekeningen op en volgt de betaling van registratierechten, erelonen en kosten mee op.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met makelaars, banken, landmeters, accountants en advocaten.
  • Ondertekening: Je bereidt het verlijden van de akte voor, zodat alles klaarligt wanneer de cliënten bij de notaris aan tafel zitten.
  • Nalatenschappen: Je behandelt nalatenschappen van A tot Z: de opzoekingen, de aangifte van nalatenschap, het attest of de akte van erfopvolging en de verdeling.
  • Familiale akten: Je stelt huwelijkscontracten, wijzigingen van het huwelijksstelsel, samenlevingsovereenkomsten en zorgvolmachten op.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een juridische richting; ervaring in het notariaat kan een diploma compenseren.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een notariskantoor.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van erfrecht, huwelijksvermogensrecht en de Vlaamse erf- en schenkbelasting.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail: in een akte telt elk woord.
  • Je bent discreet en integer, en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt waar nodig zelf initiatief.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt overleg wanneer een dossier dat vraagt.
