Over de opdrachtgever: Voor een gevestigd boekhoudkantoor met een twintigtal medewerkers in Tielt zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Dossierbeheerder Accountancy. Het kantoor werkt voor KMO's en zelfstandigen uit diverse sectoren en investeert volop in digitalisering, zonder het persoonlijke contact uit het oog te verliezen. Je neemt een bestaande portefeuille over en krijgt het vertrouwen om die op jouw manier verder te beheren.

Jobomschrijving

Wat houdt de job in: In deze rol draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers, van de lopende boekhouding tot de jaarafsluiting, de fiscale aangiftes en het adviesgesprek met de klant. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerders en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het kantoor.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eigen portefeuille: Je beheert een eigen portefeuille van eenmanszaken en vennootschappen met echte eindverantwoordelijkheid, inclusief planning en deadlines.
  • Fiscale opvolging: Je volgt de evoluties in fiscaliteit en jaarrekeningenrecht op en vertaalt ze naar concrete aandachtspunten voor je dossiers en je collega's.
  • Eigen klantenbestand: Je neemt een bestaand klantenbestand over en krijgt het vertrouwen om dat op jouw manier verder op te volgen.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met de vennoten, fiscalisten en externe partners zoals het sociaal secretariaat, de bank of de notaris.
  • Advies: Je adviseert ondernemers over hun structuur, hun fiscale positie, de optimale bezoldiging en investeringsbeslissingen.
  • Review en fiattering: Je kijkt jaarrekeningen, aangiftes personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting na en legt ze ter fiattering voor aan de vennoot of teammanager.
  • Klantbesprekingen: Je voert zelf de tussentijdse en eindbesprekingen met je klanten en licht de cijfers helder to

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy-fiscaliteit of een verwante economische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als dossierbeheerder, waarvan een groot deel in het zelfstandig opvolgen van een eigen portefeuille.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, btw en jaarrekeningenrecht.
  • Je werkt vlot met boekhoud- en fiscale software. Ervaring met Exact Online en Silverfin, waar het kantoor mee werkt, is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt de ITAA-beroepstitel of zit in het traject ernaartoe; het kantoor begeleidt je daarin.
  • Je hebt ervaring met complexere dossiers, zoals grotere vennootschappen of vennootschappen met personeel.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; Frans of Engels is een plus.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel in de drukke periodes rond de aangiftes.
  • Je werkt punctueel en planmatig en houdt het overzicht over je deadlines.
