Als Controller word je enthousiast van het werken in een groeiend en tech gedreven organisatie, waar finance een vernieuwende positie inneemt, waar procedures en richtlijnen nog verder ontwikkeld kunnen worden.



Wat ga je doen?

In de positie van Controller ben je dé expert op het gebied van finance binnen de organisatie. En niet onbelangrijk: door middel van Power BI en jouw analytische vaardigheden adviseer je het MT over welke operationele/ tactische/ strategische keuzes ze kunnen maken. Geen vuistdikke financiële rapporten met allemaal details, maar een helder en simpel verhaal over hoe de organisatie ervoor staat en waar de kansen liggen om te verbeteren. Welke waarde kun je uit de cijfers halen?

In deze dynamische werkomgeving ontwikkelt de inhoud van jouw functie zich ook. Je krijgt de kans om impact te hebben op de manier waarop men (samen)werkt om de doelstellingen te bereiken. Ze hebben jouw mening, visie en praktische ondersteuning nodig als het onder andere gaat om:

  • Het voortzetten van een professionaliseringslag in finance door processen in AFAS blijvend te versimpelen;
  • Power BI zo in te richten dat iedereen alle informatie vanuit één dashboard kan zien;
  • De financiële administratie zodanig te stroomlijnen en te automatiseren dat jij alleen nog maar met je benen op het bureau ligt.

Wat breng je mee?

Jij bent een bouwer, iemand die het leuk vindt om nieuwe dingen op te pakken en ze ook daadwerkelijk te implementeren. Dit doe je op een natuurlijke manier met de drive om samen de gewenste resultaten te bereiken. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • 5+ jaar finance ervaring (operationeel en tactisch) binnen een kleine/ middelgrote organisatie;
  • Op basis van beschikbare informatie vorm jij een onafhankelijk oordeel en handelt hier proactief naar;
  • Communicatief vaardig en het vermogen om financiële informatie duidelijk over te brengen aan niet financieel onderlegde collega's;
  • Ervaring met AFAS en bij voorkeur Power BI.

Wat krijg je ervoor terug?

Het salaris, met een maximum van 85.000,- per jaar (o.b.v. 40 uur | inclusief vakantiegeld), is afgestemd op jouw ervaring. Flexibiliteit is key: kies tussen een werkweek van 24 tot 36 uur. Stap in een rol waar beloning en work-life balance samenkomen.
