Onze opdrachtgever is een wereldwijd bekend Amerikaans modemerk dat vanuit het Europese hoofdkantoor in Den Bosch een sterke positie in de markt heeft opgebouwd.

Ben jij een commercieel ingestelde Finance Manager die niet alleen uitblinkt in het beheersen van financiële processen, maar ook actief wil bijdragen aan de groei van een ambitieus en internationaal opererend bedrijf?

Heb jij de leiderschapskwaliteiten om een jong team (6 FTE) te coachen en te ontwikkelen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd strategische en commerciële beslissingen neemt?

Wat ga je doen?

Als Finance Manager fungeer je als de verbindende schakel tussen de financiële afdeling, operationele processen en de commerciële doelstellingen van de organisatie. Met jouw inzicht in de dynamiek van de markt draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor zowel de operationele als strategische financiële processen.

Door de omvang van de organisatie en het team ben je soms direct betrokken bij de dagelijkse operatie, wat je helpt om processen grondig te doorgronden en de organisatie snel te leren kennen.

Daarnaast zorg je voor tijdige en accurate financiële rapportages en bied je strategische inzichten via (BI-)rapportages om de groei te versnellen. Je rapporteert direct aan de Finance Director. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leiding & Teamontwikkeling: dagelijkse aansturing en coaching van het Finance-team (controllers, administratief personeel 6 FTE);
  • Financiële Rapportages & Closing: coördineren van maand- en jaarafsluitingen en zorgen voor nauwkeurige en tijdige rapportages;
  • Commerciële Financiële Inzichten: financiële data vertalen naar commerciële inzichten voor strategische besluitvorming.
  • Strategische Besluitvorming: verzorgen van strategische rapportages ter ondersteuning van commerciële beslissingen.
  • Budgettering & Forecasting: opstellen van budgetten, implementeren van automatiseringsprocessen en uitvoeren van variate analyses.
  • Trendanalyses: analyse van verkooptrends, marges en voorraadbeheer voor strategische aanbevelingen.

Wat breng je mee?

Wij zoeken een Finance Manager met een sterke financiële basis en commercieel inzicht, die ervaring heeft in procesoptimalisatie, strategisch denken en het leiden en coachen van een team van finance professionals. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Accountancy, Finance & Control, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Oplossingsgericht met het vermogen om kansen te zien en commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren, met behoud van de controle over (financiële) processen;
  • Ervaring met het inrichten, verbeteren en beheren van bedrijfsprocessen in een ERP-systeem;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om (complexe) financiële informatie duidelijk over te brengen aan niet-financieel onderlegde collega's.
