In deze rol combineer je financiële nauwkeurigheid met gedegen kennis van accountancy ter ondersteuning van de back office.

Onze opdrachtgever, Convent Capital, is een onafhankelijke Nederlandse investeringsmaatschappij die sinds 2011 bedrijven ondersteunt bij hun transitie naar een circulaire economie. Met een focus op langetermijninvesteringen en thema gebaseerde fund management activiteiten, stimuleren zij duurzaamheid, innovatie en samenwerking.

Wat ga je doen?

Als SPV | Financial Accountant speel je een sleutelrol in de financiële operatie. Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige boekhouding, financiële rapportage en naleving van regelgeving en ondersteunt investeringsactiviteiten.

Je werkt nauw samen met de CFO en het deal team en draagt bij aan de financiële administratie en het beheer van fondsen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn o.a.:

  • Beheren van de boekhouding van de +/- 25 interne (fonds)entiteiten, inclusief maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages;
  • Reviewen en controleren van de rapportages die door de portfolio-entiteiten worden geleverd;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor capital calls van de fondsen;
  • Bijdragen aan control-activiteiten zoals budgettering, cashflow en treasury;
  • Coördineren en indienen van BTW-, VPB en andere financiële rapportages;
  • Onderhouden van relaties met externe adviseurs.
  • Deelnemen aan backoffice-projecten ter verbetering van processen en systemen.

Wat breng je mee?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en analytische finance professional met ervaring als SPV | Financial Accountant. Jij hebt affiniteit of passie voor bedrijven die zowel impact als financieel rendement genereren.

  • Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Accountancy, Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar;
  • 2 - 4 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol bij voorkeur binnen de private equity of financiële dienstverlening;
  • Kennis en ervaring met Dutch GAAP, consolidatie;
  • Ervaring met Exact Online is een pluspunt - geen vereiste;
  • Sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid en eigenaarschap;
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (spreken & schrijven).

Wat krijg je ervoor terug?

Het salaris bedraagt, afhankelijk van je ervaring, tussen de E 60.000 - E 72.500,- per jaar (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek, inclusief vakantiegeld) met een aansprekend lange termijn-incentive plan.
