Oportunidade Interna | Supervisor de AtendimentoBuscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na gestão do relacionamento com clientes e liderança da equipe de Analistas e Assistentes, garantindo a qualidade do atendimento, a satisfação dos clientes e o alcance dos resultados da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e desenvolver a equipe de Analistas e Assistentes, acompanhando o desempenho e apoiando o crescimento profissional;Manter um bom relacionamento com os clientes, identificando necessidades e buscando soluções;Acompanhar reclamações e demandas críticas, garantindo o direcionamento e a resolução dos problemas;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e desenvolver planos de ação para melhorar os resultados;Realizar reuniões com clientes para acompanhar a satisfação e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas internas e Comercial para atender às necessidades dos clientes e identificar oportunidades de novos negócios;Garantir o cumprimento dos processos, das políticas e das normas da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesTer, no mínimo, 3 meses de empresa;Não possuir faltas injustificadas, advertências ou suspensões nos últimos 6 meses;Ensino superior completo em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em gestão de pessoas será considerada um diferencial;Conhecimento no Pacote Office;Conhecimento em Power BI será considerado um diferencial;
