Buscamos um(a) Analista com experiência em Salesforce Marketing Cloud para atuar na operacionalização de campanhas de CRM, garantindo a execução de comunicações com qualidade, agilidade e aderência às estratégias de relacionamento.

Descrição de Atividades:

  • ⁠Operacionalizar campanhas de CRM utilizando Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Criar e executar jornadas no Journey Builder;
  • Configurar automações no Automation Studio;
  • Realizar segmentações de público e extrações de dados;
  • Desenvolver consultas em SQL para segmentação e tratamento de bases;
  • Configurar Data Extensions e Contact Builder;
  • Executar disparos de campanhas de e-mail;
  • Validar campanhas antes da publicação (QA);
  • Monitorar as execuções e apoiar na resolução de eventuais problemas;
  • Documentar processos e atividades realizadas;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de CRM, Dados e Negócios.

Experiência necessária em:

  • Experiência com Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Ideal conhecimento em Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder e Data Extensions;
  • SQL para criação de segmentações e consultas;
  • Conhecimento em processos de CRM e Marketing Digital;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
