Buscamos um profissional com perfil Farmer, responsável por desenvolver relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes, distribuidores e fabricantes, identificando oportunidades de expansão de receita, fortalecimento de parcerias estratégicas e geração de novos negócios dentro da carteira existente.

Sua missão

  • Atuar como responsável pelo desenvolvimento e expansão da carteira de clientes, fortalecendo relacionamentos estratégicos e identificando oportunidades de crescimento dentro das contas existentes.
  • Além da gestão dos clientes, você será peça-chave na construção e manutenção do relacionamento com distribuidores, fabricantes e parceiros de tecnologia, contribuindo para a geração de novos negócios e fortalecimento do ecossistema da empresa.
  • Elaborar estratégias de crescimento para contas estratégicas.
  • Acompanhar propostas comerciais, negociações e renovações contratuais.
  • Atuar de forma consultiva, compreendendo os desafios dos clientes e conectando-os às soluções adequadas.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes técnicas e de pré-vendas para construção de soluções aderentes às necessidades dos clientes.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de performance e metas comerciais.
  • Experiência prévia em gestão de carteira de clientes B2B.
  • Vivência em vendas consultivas e desenvolvimento de relacionamentos de longo prazo.
  • Experiência em empresas de Tecnologia, SAAS, Cloud Computing, Infraestrutura, Telecom ou Cibersegurança.
  • Boa capacidade de negociação e comunicação com diferentes níveis hierárquicos.
  • Perfil organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados.
  • Facilidade para construir relacionamentos e gerar confiança.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com fabricantes e distribuidores de tecnologia.
  • Vivência em ecossistemas de parceiros (Channel Sales).
  • Conhecimento em soluções de Cloud, Segurança da Informação, Infraestrutura ou Serviços Gerenciados.
  • Experiência com fabricantes como Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Check Point, CrowdStrike ou similares.
