Recrutis accompagne l'un de ses clients, bureau d'études électrique adossé à un groupe d'ingénierie suisse, dans la recherche d'un Projeteur Électricité, basé sur la riviera vaudoise.

Le bureau a perdu sa compétence bâtiment et la reconstruit autour de ce poste. C'est ce qui en fait sa particularité : vous ne reprenez pas une place existante, vous réinstallez un savoir-faire.

Pourquoi ce poste

  • Un périmètre complet, du plan d'exécution au pilotage d'affaires bâtiment, à mesure que vous montez en autonomie.
  • Le bâtiment appliqué à l'industrie : locaux de production, transformations et constructions neuves chez des clients de l'agroalimentaire, des arômes et parfums, de la pharma et de la chimie de l'arc lémanique. Le geste technique est le même que dans le tertiaire, le contexte est plus exigeant.
  • Un responsable direct issu du même métier, qui sait ce qu'il attend d'un plan et qui a la volonté de faire progresser la personne recrutée.
  • Une équipe à taille humaine, une structure horizontale, un accès direct aux ingénieurs et aux chefs de projet. Un accompagnement interne sur les standards et méthodes du bureau.

Informations clés

  • Vevey (VD), poste sur site, avec déplacements chez les clients pour relevés et séances.
  • CDI directement avec le client final.
  • Démarrage dès que possible : le poste est identifié comme la priorité du bureau.
  • 0 à 6 ans d'expérience. Les sortants d'apprentissage et les nouveaux diplômés sont expressément recherchés.
  • Français courant (C2) — éliminatoire. Allemand et anglais technique appréciés.

Le poste

  • Réaliser les plans électriques bâtiment sous AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP et Caneco : distributions basse tension, éclairage et éclairage de secours, chemins de câbles, détection incendie, contrôle d'accès, courant fort.
  • Produire les documents techniques associés : métrés, listes de matériel, cahiers de soumission.
  • Tenir les plans en cours de projet — révisions, TQC — selon les instructions des ingénieurs.
  • Assurer la conformité des livrables aux normes NIBT et OIBT.
  • Effectuer les relevés et les visites sur site, et travailler en interface avec les autres corps de métier, l'ingénierie CVC en particulier.
  • À terme, cadrer et piloter vos propres projets bâtiment : périmètre, planning, budget, coordination des sous-traitants et suivi de chantier.

Critères éliminatoires

  • CFC ou diplôme ES en électricité, électrotechnique ou planification électrique, ou titre équivalent obtenu dans un domaine du bâtiment.
  • Pratique de la planification électrique bâtiment, acquise en bureau d'études, en entreprise d'installation ou en apprentissage.
  • Maîtrise d'AutoCAD, de Revit MEP ou d'un logiciel de calcul électrique de type Caneco.
  • Connaissance des normes NIBT et OIBT.
  • Autorisation de travailler en Suisse et capacité effective à être présent au bureau de Vevey.

Critères différenciants

  • Exposition à des environnements industriels normés — ATEX, GMP — ou volonté explicite de s'y former.
  • Ancrage régional : Riviera, Chablais, Est lémanique, Valais, ou volonté de s'installer dans la région.
  • Notions d'automation ou de schématique industrielle, en complément de la planification.
