Voor een internationale toponderneming zoeken we een productiemanager die zijn site kent tot in de kleinste installatie.Jouw rol als Productiemanager: De site draaiende houden

  • Je leidt de opslag, productie & export
  • Een zieke collega, een krap order: jij zorgt dat het toch op tijd vertrekt.
  • Je trekt verbeterprojecten, van digitalisering tot een nieuwe machinelijn.

Je mensen leiden

  • Je stuurt 4 direct reports aan: labo, productie, magazijn en administratie
  • Je staat tussen een 40-tal medewerkers waarvan een 25-tal in productie en maakt duidelijk wie wat doet.
  • Je bouwt aan een sfeer waarin mensen durven zeggen wat beter kan.

Mee aan tafel zitten

  • Je zit in het Benelux-managementteam en rapporteert aan de Director Operations.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met QHSE, supply chain en HR, met veiligheid als basis.

Wat breng je mee als Productiemanager?

  • Ervaring: 15 à 20 jaar ervaring in productie of logistiek, gestart op de vloer.
  • Een technische achtergrond.
  • Een no-nonsense stijl: je stuurt bij op cijfers en op wat je op de vloer ziet.
  • Talenkennis: vlotte kennis Frans, Engels en Nederlands
