Als Accounts Payable Specialist (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Accounting-Team am modernen Head Office in Sevenum dabei, Eingangsrechnungen korrekt und effizient zu verarbeiten und so unsere Finanzprozesse zuverlässig zu gestalten. Dabei agierst du selbstständig und bringst deine präzise Arbeitsweise ein.

Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Prüfung und Verarbeitung von Lieferantenrechnungen inklusive Abgleich mit Bestellungen, Wareneingängen und vertraglichen Vereinbarungen.
  • Analyse und Klärung von Rechnungsabweichungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Procurement, Warehouse & weiteren Stakeholdern.
  • Ansprechpartner*in für interne und externe Fragen zu Accounts Payable-Themen und Pflege professioneller Lieferantenbeziehungen.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Lieferantenstammdaten inkl. Bankdaten unter Einhaltung interner Kontrollen.
  • Überwachung und Abstimmung der Lieferantenkonten, um eine korrekte und termingerechte Zahlungsabwicklung sicherzustellen.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle im Rechnungswesen oder Finanzbereich, idealerweise im Accounts Payable.
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder finanzbezogene Ausbildung bzw. mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Finanzwesen.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
