Über die Rolle:

Wir suchen dich in Voll- oder Teilzeit für unsere Rezeptfreigabe an unserem zentralen Standort in Sevenum bei Venlo (Niederlande), direkt an der Grenze zu NRW. In einem internationalen und dynamischen Apothekenumfeld arbeitest du mitten im Geschehen – mit viel Verantwortung, Abwechslung und Raum, dich fachlich einzubringen. Für deinen Einstieg bei uns erhältst du einen Startbonus in Höhe von 3.000 €. Falls ein Umzug erforderlich ist, unterstützen wir dich zusätzlich finanziell.

Über deine Aufgaben:

  • Der tägliche Eingang von Rezepten / Medikamentenanfragen erfordert eine sorgfältige Prüfung von (E-)Rezepten auf Dosierung, Wechselwirkungen und genereller Richtigkeit.
  • Du bist im engen telefonischen Kontakt mit Kund:innen, Ärzt:innen, oder Gesundheitsdienstleistern zur effizienten Lösungsfindung in allen pharmazeutischen Belangen.
  • Die pharmazeutische Beratung der Kund:innen, die korrekte Medikationsabgabe und die Überwachung der Kontrollprozesse steht täglich in zentraler Rolle.
  • Du arbeitest stetig im engen Austausch mit allen pharmazeutischen Teams und kannst mit deinem Input an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe mitwirken.

Qualifikationen

Über dich:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene PTA-Ausbildung.
  • Deine Leidenschaft für kompetente pharmazeutische Beratung zeichnet dich aus.
  • Kundenkommunikation, insbesondere am Telefon, liegt dir – du trittst serviceorientiert, freundlich und sicher auf.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, genau und verantwortungsbewusst, mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und viel Eigeninitiative.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringst du ebenso mit wie Routine im Umgang mit pharmazeutischen Systemen und MS Office.
