Farmaline, onderdeel van Redcare Pharmacy, is dé online apotheek voor België. Dagelijks helpen wij duizenden klanten met een betrouwbare en persoonlijke service. Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Service Medewerker die samen met ons het verschil wil maken.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Customer Service Medewerker (m/v/d) ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt hen op een professionele en klantgerichte manier via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Dankzij jouw servicegerichte instelling zorg je voor een positieve klantbeleving en draag je bij aan het vertrouwen dat klanten in Farmaline stellen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat (voornamelijk in het Nederlands).
  • Je behandelt vragen, klachten en retouren en zoekt altijd naar een passende oplossing.
  • Je onderzoekt afwijkingen en schakelt waar nodig met interne afdelingen of externe vervoerders.
  • Je volgt klantreviews op en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling.
  • Je verwerkt administratieve taken die voortvloeien uit klantcontacten.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen van onze processen en dienstverlening.

Functie-eisen

Je hebt je opleiding afgerond en hebt bij voorkeur al enige ervaring opgedaan binnen customer service of een klantgerichte functie. Daarnaast:

  • spreek en schrijf je vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van Frans, Duits en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
  • beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet je klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier te helpen.
  • neem je verantwoordelijkheid en werk je graag zelfstandig.
  • kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende systemen en werkzaamheden.
  • werk je graag samen in een team en ondersteun je collega's waar nodig.
  • ben je leergierig en sta je open voor feedback om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen.
