Vacatureomschrijving

Als Pharma Compliance Manager (m/v/d) speel je een centrale rol in het waarborgen van de naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen onze apotheekgerelateerde processen en dienstverlening. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de geldende regelgeving en onze operationele organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat compliance niet alleen wordt nageleefd, maar ook praktisch en efficiënt wordt geïntegreerd in onze dagelijkse processen.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne teams en externe stakeholders en levert daarmee een belangrijke bijdrage aan een veilige, toekomstbestendige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle compliance- en regelgeving gerelateerde vraagstukken binnen onze apotheekprocessen.
  • Je initieert, coördineert en begeleidt projecten met een farmaceutisch of regulatoir karakter en zorgt voor een succesvolle implementatie binnen de organisatie.
  • Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar werkbare, praktische oplossingen en ondersteunt de organisatie bij een correcte toepassing hiervan in de dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Je waarborgt dat onze processen, systemen en dienstverlening voortdurend voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving en interne kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je signaleert tijdig compliance- en regelgevingsrisico's, ontwikkelt passende beheersmaatregelen en begeleidt de implementatie hiervan.
  • Je werkt intensief samen met verschillende interne afdelingen, waaronder Operations, Quality, Customer Service en andere stakeholders, om compliance structureel te verankeren binnen de organisatie.
  • Je volgt relevante ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving op de voet en vertaalt de impact hiervan naar onze organisatie en processen.
  • Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor projectteams en ondersteunt hen bij het ontwikkelen van oplossingen die zowel operationeel haalbaar als volledig compliant zijn.

Functie-eisen

Jouw profiel:

  • Afgeronde opleiding in Rechten, bij voorkeur aangevuld met ervaring binnen de farmaceutische sector, de apotheekbranche of de gezondheidszorg.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement en/of compliance.
  • Grondige kennis van de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving. Ervaring met of kennis van de apotheekbranche is een sterke pré.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een zelfstandige, gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van zowel het Nederlands als het Engels. Kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré.
  • Affiniteit met digitale toepassingen en plezier in crossfunctionele samenwerking.
